LOCATION! In the heart of the Santurce Art District. Very nice spot for a stay we stayed here as we planned last minute and came in on a late flight just an overnight but the hot shower and CLEAN cold room was PERFECT!

The rooms were nice and it was clean.

For what we need, it was very good. Peaceful. Not local tv, if you don't use or have internet you have no options as entertainment. Just have coffee nothing for breakfast, there is no announcement of that so we knew it but they can better the offer with few things for a quick breakfast before you leave.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The host was very quick to reply and help if needed. My only thing is that our room did not look like the pictures. The beach in the photos I felt was nowhere to be found. I think it may be pictures from the beach at the hotel next door. Otherwise everything went great. I really have no complaints other than the fact that I felt a little cat fished but everything was still so beautiful! The location was great you were right in the middle of old San Juan and new San juan

They held our bags after our check out time, and the staff were very nice. I would recommend!!!

Our stay was overall great. The breakfast was delicious (especially coffee and fresh fruit) and the location is convenient because it’s only a short walk to surrounding all types of stores and delicious restaurants. It’s also a short walk to Condado Beach, which is nice. I also liked how the location was very close by to other places that are common to visit while in PR. The uber rides were affordable, averaging $5-10 a ride. The place itself is very charming and has a very authentic feel. You are in close proximity with other guests and staff, but they are all very welcoming and guests keep to themselves. The door codes make you feel safe. The room was perfect for two people, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, and the art and decor was beautiful. However, my only complaint would be that several things seemed to be unclean. The towels were stained and smelled questionable, and when you step into the shower it seemed like the shower curtains smell weird as well. Our bathroom window couldn’t shut all the way so we would often wake up to a few bugs in the bathroom. The bed sheets were a bit stained as well but they seemed to be old stains. We did request a change of towels during our stay which they said would take 30 mins to provide, but we never did get them. Other than that, I feel like it was an amazing experience. I hope to come and visit again!
