This Hotel group was amazing and accommodating. We’re a family with 3 kids (6 months, 4yo and 7yo) and this made it so easy to travel with young kids. They enjoyed the pool, the magic show and the playground on the terrace. We opted to go all inclusive and it’s an awesome addition. The food was amazing and the drinks were endless. We plan to try another location on our next stay.

Most of everything was good, the tv however have very limited channels, they have a direct tv box and remote that simply do not work because service isn't provided, when you log in into your streaming services they take way to long to load or never come to play, pool tables are nice but the sticks are deteriorated, restaurant service and food is 5 stars, Alex is a tremendous server and very attentive and fast. Parking is exellent and front desk staff are always available and very helpful for any of your needs!

The property is located on a hill near a bay side, offering a beautiful coastal view. Very nice beaches and attractions are within a short drive. Entertainment, music, continental breakfast and available parking was included at no extra charge. Pizzeria and dining restaurant at location were delicious. Spacious bar and outdoor patio. Good cocktails, including a variety of Mojitos. Big pool with an area for small children. Access to our room was somewhat inconvenient due to the amount of stairs. Our room was appealing, comfortable and clean. It could use some maintenance and upkeep, which it did seem they were gradually doing. We did need to ask for help in our room at arrival and it got resolved quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Overall we felt there was a good atmosphere. We really enjoyed our weekend stay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was great, the amenities were very well maintained. Location was convenient. I enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and beautiful. The only feedback I would give is that the front desk needs a true 24 hr staff, there was only a security guard after 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beautiful view to the water, the bar area, the restaurant, the family-friendly environment, the pool was one of the best I’ve seen in Puerto Rico, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was very well priced and delicious, the grounds were very well kept and clean, the games were great…5 stars for sure!

The staff was friendly and helpful; however, check-in was not available to us when we arrived at 4 am after a long flight and a two-hour drive. We had to wait until the front desk people showed up at 6 am. The music was too loud, and when parties were happening in the conference room, it kept you awake if you were in the 100's rooms. The weekends are open like a club and the pool is open to outside guests.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the friendly and polite staff. They accommodated us and seemed eager to have us stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of food on site. Beautiful views from the rooms and hotel amenities. Our car battery died and the owner Paquita came out to the rescue. Unforgettable memories at Hotel Busta Azul Aguadilla.

For the price it’s a good value however the pool is very small and had very little seating so we left and went to a nearby beach everyday . The lady that checked us in was very friendly . The cleaning lady was fantastic as for the rest of the lady’s in the front desk not friendly or helpful at all. .it seemed like they were bother when we ask a question . overall I can’t recommend this hotel

The room was clean and nice. Top views of the sea. Very close to markets, fast foods, and supermarkets. The breakfast service was poor, but fine. The pool area is in nice conditions, but some areas require more accessibility with handles for elderly people. The play yard should include more attractions for kids, such as small slides and swings. The entertainment was very good during the night.

Staff was great! Room- had a leakage issue in the bath creating water spillage all over the floor. Restaurant- too long of a wait for food, even for small orders. Amenities- not enough towels for a family of 4. Pool towels- had to turn in the only room key given to get towels creating unnecessary inconvenience. Everything else was good. Love the location and views.

Hotel has some magnificent views and if you rented a car you are close to town, the beach, airport so location centric if you have a vehicle Staff super helpful and friendly Some negatives : room doors are frosted glass so light comes through when trying to sleep. My room TV was not functioning properly and no phone to call reception In the terrace the music was awesome just way too loud which inhibits making it pleasant, it’s so loud you can talk to your partner or friends because you would need to scream Bed was hard but ok I guess Overall good place needs some updates and please keep the music at a volume that is pleasant. Believe me many people there were commenting on this same issue

Room needed a lot of improvement. No toilet paper holder, towels were old and hard. Beds were hard and it was very noisy all thrive the night. The hallway light stayed on and could be see through the front room door. We didnt get much rest. This hotel is not a resort as it claims. Tiny adult pool. Continental breakfast was toast, deli meats, miniature muffins and coffee. .
