Lovely location. Nice food. Terrible pillows. Small rooms. Can’t use cash at all.

The beds were comfy and the room was a good size. my main concern was how dirty the shower floor was. It definitely needed to be replaced as it was far beyond acceptable.

Was a very high quality hotel. Good amenities in the room. The restaurant in the evening was superb. Easy to get the tram into town just walking over the bridge. Lovely hotel.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our family with small kids - we had a chill neighbourhood with a playground, a canal right in front to enjoy (also as view from the room!), fresh, well cooked food and all the amenities we could ever need, including washer and dryer downstairs. I preferred not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle and used Ubers to get around and come back to our chill place. Otherwise not very easily accessible by public transport.

The staff were wonderful and the location great, but the air conditioning was very weak making it extremely difficult to sleep. It was not hot in Amsterdam and I was sweating before I left the room. The air conditioning in the hallway was great so I don’t know what the issue in the room was.
