We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We were pleased with our room - it faced away from the road so the only noises we were disturbed by were from other guests. The hotel was in a good location, and it was easy to get from the station. We had breakfast at the hotel, but as a vegan I was little disappointed in the options, and would also have appreciated if there were clear labels to say what was vegan/any allergens.

This is an eco-friendly hotel. Most of the structure, furniture, etc. have been made by companies using recycled materials. It has an interesting lobby with access to a variety of coffees, snacks, and a sitting area. We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom.The rooms are basic, but have everything one needs. The toilet, sink, and shower areas are all separate in the room, giving privacy. The double bed was against the wall, making it difficult for older people to get out of bed without crawling over their partner. We were pleased with the accommodation, but if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you.

It’s a great place to stay. Within walking distance of the city center, China town, the Harbour etc. The room was tidy and clean, and near the reception / lounge area, there was a chance to play ping pong. If there is something not 100% fabulous, it’s the lifts which were sometimes either out of order or very slow. There was a smell in the hallway but only there, ie room was fine. The breakfast was expensive and, while tasty, didn’t feel like great value for money, due to limited offerings.

The hotel was very clean. The sustainability goals are wonderful and the concept is great. The contact to the staff was through WhatsApp and an AI which was not great. Our room was very hot. The system was central control and when I asked the AI to cool it turned on the heat. After multiple attempts to communicate, I had to get dressed again and go to the lobby to find a human. The room was nice and the pillows were great but the mattress could have been better. We would probably stay again but next time would discuss the room temperature before we tried to sleep.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance from most attractions in the city centre and across the road from a metro station, which goes straight to Rotterdam Central Station (about 15 minute walk) if you have luggage. The metro also goes to The Hague. The social area on the ground floor is welcoming and a nice place to sit in an evening. The food was delicious and competitively priced. Two Albert Hein Supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the hotel that are well stocked. Other places like Delft are also only a short train journey away. We were 2 adults and 2 older teens sharing a room for 4 with a kitchenette. Kitchenette was fine for cooking basic meals. The main bed was comfortable. The bed settee not as much. The bathroom layout was a little unconventional for us, with the shower being frosted glass off the main room. My teens were reluctant to use the shower when we were all in the room. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Wonderful clean triple room, my son loved the bunk bed arrangement. Great to be able to stream to the room TV. Breakfast was good - mainly vegan I think but a good range with many comfortable seats.
