We had a wonderful time, the hotel is in a great location about 10 min walk from Centraal Station (we arrived on the Eurostar), next to the Museumpark and minutes away from Witte de Withstraat with its pubs, bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby. The staff was great, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Our room had the most amazing views over the city and the Museumpark and was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic, great location and fabulous single room. Actually the best hotel of a trip which had 3 in Netherlands, 1 in London, 1 in Heathrow and 1 in Canada. The only one I would visit again in the Netherlands.

This hotel is perfectly located for entertainment & dining in Witte De Witstraat, shopping in the cbd & a short walk from Markthaal. Its also not far from the Theatre district & is maintained to a high standard with extremely helpful staff! I thoroughly recommend it!

Upper-scale hotel with quality furnishings and amenities. The rooms are a fair size by European standards but rather small by North American standards. Some rooms require negotiating a series of half-length staircases with your luggage, but the staff are willing to assist.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam.

The bed was comfortable, bouncy but comfortable;) very spacious room with beautiful views but otw out got trapped in the elevator & key cards were under performing. Maintenance man ran the elevator again after I was trapped after saying oops didn’t work well yesterday also. Bathrooms were small & outdated but the lobby was very nice to relax in to recharge with cold water on demand.

Great hotel overall! It’s right in the city center of Rotterdam so it’s close and a walkable distance from pretty much everything! Staff were great! If you arrive early before your check in they will store your belongings in a safe and locked room! The rooms themselves were very well maintained and the view was great!

This hotel was a perfect choice--centered in the middle of Rotterdam. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/dining area was bright and the food was excellent. It was easy to extend my stay when my circumstances changed. I would stay here again.
