Stayed there before and after our month long trip through Europe flying into and out of Amsterdam. Excellent shuttle service, staff, rooms, safety and restaurant on site. Will stay again if in A-dam.

Great overnight stay between flights. Information regarding how to access airport shuttle was accurate and appreciated the shuttle was free. Staff were friendly.We had an evening meal in restaurant food was good. Room was clean and extremely quite.

When I checked in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they said I only had one room, but I had actually reserved 2. Thankfully, figured it out. The hallways were really grimy and the floors were dirty. The bathroom had hair on the towels and on the wall in the shower. The AC worked well. I felt safe staying there. The windows get very loud with the rain and wind. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. The staff were very nice. I think it is just old and outdated and could use some better cleaning.

We stayed for 2 nights - very handy for the airport and the free shuttle bus was great - we had a broken sink in our bathroom that we advised to them on arrival - but it wasn’t repaired during our stay despite mentioning it a few times. Luckily there were 2 sinks in the bathroom so not a total disaster just standing water in the sink that wouldn’t drain. Shower pressure was amazing! I travel for work so I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend. Room isn’t cleaned daily as standard but you can ask for clean towels etc. it was the F1 race while we were there so it was very busy but that didn’t cause any issues for the staff.

Ok for a short stay

Overall good value for money, location close to the airport, breakfast could be better for the price, the airport shuttle is a bit chaotic, the daily cleaning consists if making the bed and additing some toileteries. Ok for a short stay.

Room was clean ,comfortable, and ready which allowed us early check in. Breakfast was self serve with very good variety and option of eggs cooked to order. We used the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, which is nearby.Restaurant in hotel for supper or Mcdonalds a short walk .

The property was average but sufficed for a long nighttime layover. Bed was comfortable but sheets scratchy. Bathroom large and nice. Love no carpet in the room but floor was a little dirty. Needs more pillows. Coffee was good. Like that there is a mini fridge. Having airport bus transportation was AWESOME. Read earlier comments regarding it being full. This is an actual bus with plenty of space. Drivers were friendly and very proficient.
