Red River Vacation Packages for 2026

No hot tub or pool as advertised. Walked 9 flights of stairs because the elevators didn’t work. Zero signs. The staff is terrible. I also valeted my car. After paying for expedited I waited 49 minutes before begging the attendant for my keys and went and got my car myself. No one cared this entire time including the mailer on the bonvoy app to the staff. I overpaid

Friendly staff Pool was clean

My only suggestion is robotic vacuums to give the impression of the commitment to cleaning.

The Hilton Club floor rooms are nice spacious. Only issue is the bathroom is entirely too small and the faucet isn’t properly over the sink so expect water to splash in the back of the sink. Don’t leave anything that can’t be wet near the back of the sink.
