The rate per night was very reasonable. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so things look clean and nice. My only suggestion is that they need to provide microwaves in the rooms.

We only stayed overnight. The location was easy to find and many restaurants close by, some within walking. The hotel is clean, and newly remodeled. Quiet, off the main roadway. Check in and out very easy. Staff very pleasant. Plenty of parking, save and secure. Everything we needed for the overnight. Great place to stay for the money for short stay, within 8 mins driving to the airport. Thank you. We will see you again.

Our room was clean. The staff was friendly. The website said there was a restaurant and bar, but they were under construction. The area is a little sketchy with vagrants. No coffee available, which is unusual these days, but they did have cold water available. The staff is the big sell for this hotel. Everyone was polite, friendly, and very helpful. We probably would not stay here again because of the location however. It was very hard to get in and out.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay I booked the Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport through Expedia for three nights, August 22–25, 2026, and unfortunately the condition of my room was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold, the mattress had a large urine stain, there was a large hole/damaged area in the wall, and the ironing board was broken and unstable and had to be propped against furniture just to stand. I took photos documenting these conditions. I also want to be fair and make it clear that not all of the staff were a problem. The ladies working the morning shift were good and professional, and the man and woman working the afternoon shift were both very helpful and professional. I appreciated how they treated us. My issue was specifically with the female employee working the late-night/overnight shift. My experience with her was completely different. She was rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. During the overnight hours, I repeatedly observed her sitting at a table on her phone and taking long smoke/vape breaks. Her overall demeanor made it seem as though she did not want to be there, and I did not feel comfortable approaching her about the serious problems with the room. What really stood out was when we left the hotel around 12:00 a.m. She never looked our way, acknowledged us, or even asked whether we were checking out. There was no goodbye, no “How was your stay?” and no basic acknowledgment as we left. For someone responsible for interacting with

First I state that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They hotel room was nice with comfortable bed and clean bathroom but, lacked a microwave in your personal room. This was annoying because there were only few in the building by the checkin desk. The outside area had a few bars and restaurants close by which was convenient so you didn’t always have to drive but, the are does get sketchy at. So to sum it up no, I will not be booking here again but, if you need a place to rest that’s close by the airport I recommend.
