Vacations Close To Punta Espada Golf Course

the staff was amazing at the macao, how ever i did have a few problems with my room and that was that my shower pressure was no good very low and i informed them the same day i got there like maybe 1/2 into my stay and no one showed up until the day before i was leaving and checking out so that defeated the purpose. I also had no water in my room for more than 40 minutes on my second night and no power. Pools were way too warm water felt like a sauna not a pool and the swim up pool was terrible and dirty. besides that i had an amazing trip

Didn’t receive my welcome package had to ask for the bottle and called a liar for it when saying that I didn’t received it and there was a cockroach in the room. Not a good experience for someone that paid more to have better service and perks.

FOOD POISONING!! My son and I during our last dinner ! We went to the resort medical clinic and we’re told to stay in bed, but since it was our last day hotel management told us the “needed the room” and that we had to leave and that they would send us to a different hotel. Doubled over and constantly vomiting, we were forced to pack and leave. All due to bad meat at the Toro Restaurant.

Stuff was not friendly. They weren’t helpful for reserving restaurant. They were acting like they helped but they charged for every extras

We stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana for six days and overall had a very enjoyable family vacation. There were a few minor room issues, but the staff handled them quickly and the positives outweighed the negatives. When we arrived, our first room had not yet been cleaned, and a few things weren’t working. Reception immediately moved us to another room on a higher floor and called it an upgrade. The new room was clean, everything worked, and we had a beautiful view. Some electrical outlets were a little finicky, and the elevator was out of service during the last two days, but neither was a major inconvenience. The all-inclusive service was excellent. The minibar was checked and restocked daily, towels were regularly provided, and drinks were always available. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and I never felt tips were expected. There is one large buffet plus several à la carte restaurants. We tried the Spanish and Japanese restaurants but preferred the buffet, which had plenty of variety and different selections each day. Breakfast was especially good, with vegetables, olives, eggs, salmon, pancakes, fruit, and even a huge jar of Nutella! The resort has several pools, including family and adults-only areas, swim-up bars, and pool volleyball. The beach is only about 50 meters away. There was quite a bit of seaweed when we arrived, but the beach was being cleaned. There was nightly entertainment, a jacuzzi and wet sauna, and water activities such as kayaking

Staff was great, the property was dated. Food was great at a few select restaurants, but not at others.
