The room was decent. We got a 2 bdrm it should have had 2 bathrooms for sure!!
Staff were not helpful at all!!! This was our first time staying at a Riu and our last!! We are travelers, 3 times a yr minimum, and was very disappointed in service, food option were bland and repeated nightly, bkfst which is my favorite meal was even horrible! Room service options, awful 3 items which looked gross!
It was a 7-10min walk to food which was exhausting especially with DR heat. Sad but firm on I will NEVER EVER stay at a Riu resort in any country i try to in the future.
