This place is so beautiful, the beach, swimming pools, the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of buffet foods. You have to make reservations as soon as you check in the hotel for evening dining at the restaurant. I enjoyed dining at Sensai and Steakhouse. They have resort activities every day and I had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel and come back to this all inclusive place.

Overall nice and quiet facility. Nice beach access and beautiful beach. I chose this resort for my kids thinking there would be activities like other Riu resorts. Pictures showed nice water park for kids but wasn’t exactly in our resort it was a 12-15 min walk from our resort. Buffet food was decent, better than other Riu resorts I’ve been to. But the specialty restaurants were not very impressive. Overall great staff and friendly. I’d rate the entire stay a 7/10.

Pros: check in, it wasn’t that busy so not a long wait for food and drinks, beautiful ocean view
Cons: food was cold and sometimes even hard/chewy. We attempted to speak with the manager but they never answered
