“Did not appreciate a separate bathroom from our bedroom. We booked 12 months in advance and I am sure that I would not have booked if I had noticed that. Our room was situated at the top of the stairs which meant other guests walking past possibly as you were heading to have or return from a shower. “Excellent location and setting. Staff excellent. Steam room out of service in the spa. Room could have done with some tlc - eg crumbly walls around where curtain hooks and the tv cable have been put in. TV in the room didn’t work. No decaf tea bags so got charged £9.35 for two decafs in the sitting room.”
