In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions”

“I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance. You don’t compromise living space for location. The unit is large, well equipped and very well maintained. Being on the third floor allows you to open windows for a nice breeze which is great in the summer. Secured off-street parking is a huge plus. I’m hard pressed to find any shortcomings. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen which was a bit odd. I...

“The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It is accesible via lift and allocated parking is available a short walk away. Lovely view over the marina and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within an easy walk of various restaurants and benefits from having a Co-op just by the front door.”
