I would have gave 5 stars if we were informed about the construction being done on property right under our room couldn’t get an up grade but my room was moved please be clear to guest about what they are walking into other then tht property was beautiful staff was excellent

The room was clean, the parking was useful for when we rented a car and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely book again in the future for my next trip!

The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, we received a welcome drink, were informed about the amenities, and staff helped with our luggage. Unfortunately, several staff interactions significantly affected our experience. At the pool, we were immediately asked for our room number in a tone that felt abrupt and unwelcoming, despite visibly wearing hotel wristbands. Later, my partner went downstairs to pick up our Uber Eats order and the receptionist called out, “Hey, the desk is right here to pay.” We had already checked in and paid for our stay. Rather than asking if he was a guest or needed assistance, it felt like an assumption was made. We are a young couple, but we paid to stay here like every other guest and shouldn’t feel we have to prove we belong. I can’t say whether our age or appearance influenced these interactions, but that’s unfortunately how we were made to feel. Dinner was enjoyable; our waitress was nice and the mojitos were delicious, although the “Anticucho Plate” felt more like a steak-yakitori interpretation than traditional Peruvian anticucho. At checkout, valet did have our car ready as promised. Beautiful hotel, but the hospitality did not match the property.

The room was nice, and view was nice. They also respinds back to you very quickly if you send them a message.
