Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

This is my first time in Ixtapa and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever.
