Horrible stay. There was some sort of an animal in our wall. I think it was a rat. I stayed here before and it was decent. This time we packed up and left and went to a much nicer property

The property was great and the service too but I had an issue with my reservation. I had reserve for 2 adults and 2 kids and when I arrived they told me it was for 2 adults and 1 kid I think there was an error with the system so they made me pay there for the other kid.

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

Everything in the hotel it was perfect and clean, we have a great time and enjoy everything. The food was always good and the service and pools fantastic!
