The property wreaked of marijuana, the neighborhood was very sketchy and felt unsafe, and the management company running the company failed to communicate properly. The smell of marijuana at the property was so bad that I ended up not being able to stay at this location more than 30 minutes, as the smell was making me sick. “We stayed at the property for 2 nights while we were in Philadelphia for Phillies games. The apartment is in a great location and a perfect place to walk the downtown area. Shopping, food, bars etc are all close and convenient. The walk to the subway was easy - a straight shot maybe 4 or 5 blocks to Broad St to take the train to the game.
