“The price of the property is below most of the higher end hotels I looked at and was 3 blocks from my kids apartment - so proximity was more important. The pictures represented some of the apartment and mostly everything in the apartment was maintained like a guys college apartment - old unmatched furniture, broken things, smashed lamp shades, the floors were sticky in places. The towels and pillow cases were very worn and stains on most. Stains on a very old comforters and decorative pillows....

The instruction indicate you’ll receive a separate code for parking. Also they changed my location at the last minute the unit was still nice but the location was in the middle of a bad area.
