Very nice hotel/casino. Room was upgraded for us and was very spacious, clean and had plenty of towels/amenities. Casino payouts were o.k. on slots. Unfortunately no cocktails are offered free anymore, just coffee and soft drinks. Italian restaurant, Amici, was delicious! Didn't use hotel pool or spa. Nice to see a pretty crowded casino with a lively crowd!

Our room in Cherokee tower had definitely seen better days. Carpet stained, bathtub very uninviting. It’s still a nice property overall though with a great non smoking casino and the area around the creek is lovely particularly the area outside of Starbucks. The noodle bar food is fantastic.

Our visit was great. Rooms are clean and nice. Lots of choices for eating. If you want to take a break from the casino you can swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, they have bowling, and if you are there during events such as comedy shows or concerts you may enjoy that as well. The location is great for rafting, fishing, or just an hour drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend you visit.

Property is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Check in was a bit slow but it was busy. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as the last time we stayed.

Everything from check in to check out was very good. Service in the food court was especially wonderful. I had a problem with my meal and the staff, Ms Ann and another manger, I can't remember, were quick to rectify. I look forward to my next stay. April

The room was extremely clean. The pools are not very deep about 3Ft but still a nice relaxation area. There are various areas to take wonderful pictures. Parking was not great. It is extremely busy and it may be hard to find parking. Valet is available.

Resort is so large, going to a pool, or spa, or restaurant can be quite a walk. Staff wasn’t much help with directions. Casino is huge with many entrances/exits. It is a shame they have so few shows or nighttime entertainment. Room was nice and very clean.

I went for the JODECI concert and I really enjoyed myself.The event hall with beautiful. I will definitely be going back there for a concert or a comedy show. My room wasn't as clean as I would expect.The carpet had a lot of stuff objects. The staff was courteous overall.It was a great experience.

The non smoking room we wanted and paid for smelled like smoke. The decent food options were very expensive. Pools were nice and warm though. At least there’s that.
