The staff from the front desk to the pool were great. The room was very clean. I was disappointed when playing poker at the bar slots, the drinks were not complementary like in vegas. They could also use evening entertainment, even if it was just a piano bar.

The hotel is exactly as pictured, beautiful and I am very picky. The only concern, is that we thought the pool area had a hot tub, but it did not and that was fine. The pool area was so relaxing.
