Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean. Loved the tall ceilings and the light in the room. Nice way to stay in downtown Pittsburgh to experience the city. Check in process was a little confusing. We were waiting for a code to check in that never came so we went to the front desk instead. The front desk staff was really helpful and got us all set.

Great option for downtown Pittsburgh. More comfortable than hotel room with kitchen and laundry facilities. Very reasonable priced as well. Only downside is that parking is a little unclear in terms of how to access it but there is other nearby parking available that I used.

This building is absolutely beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom apartment style, very clean and modern. It was always quiet and could barely hear the outside traffic. They have an amazing coffee machine in the lobby with multiple options from espresso, hot chocolate, etc. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. They even lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. I've stayed at a lot of places including vrbo and this was the best place I've ever stayed at.

Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Our room was so clean and beautiful, and we had an amazing view of the city. We booked a studio, but we were upgraded to a suite. The staff was very friendly as well.

This hotel and suite were spacious and beautiful. It is inside the historic former Union Station, the building is stunning with a grand rotunda entrance, Very unique, We had a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen (full) and laundry in the apartment. It is centrally located downtown, making it easy to get around Pittsburgh. Friendly front desk staff who are super helpful.

Literally would not stay anywhere else if I go back to Pittsburgh. The staff was so nice. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. The cost is so affordable for what you get. It’s unreal. And the gym was more than just a few treadmills.

The buildings architecture was awesome and in a good location to walk to the strip district, also took advantage of the free T train stop a short walk away. Room was very clean and spacious. It was basically a 1br apartment. Would have liked a water cooler or something in the lobby.

The architecture was so unique. Very special and all on its own, worth the stay. But on top of that the staff was one and all pleasant and went out of their way to help us by buzzing us in and holding doors as we maneuvered bicycles to our room. They offered restaurant recommendations and directions to get there. We were always greeted pleasantly and wished a good day on our way out. The in room coffee had 2 decaf pods which is unusual. Also there was an herbal and green tea option as well. The whole suite was very comfortable. The high ceilings are so lovely. Thankfully they had vending machines with meals not just snacks as we arrived very late and had not been able to stop so it was 11:30 pm when we got food. The only downsides were traffic noise and musty odor in the bathroom initially. I highly recommend this hotel.
