Check in was an absolute nightmare. I got there early and couldn't open the door with a pin code needed. So i went grocery shopping instead. I came back and sat down and looked at my emails bc the hotel was supposed to message me a day before for instructions but they never did. I contacted Expedia but they weren't helpful. So i was waiting in a hotel that said Liberty and then sent a text of the key I needed and shes like you're in the wrong building. So i finally get to the right building, have a code to enter then a code for the elevator key door, then another pin to get the key out. Then when you get to your room, theres another pin of course. So enter that then press the Check Mark and you're good. I might stay here again.
