“The room was spotless and clean, really nice location.
It was a shame that the pool was closed for the winter on a pair of 22 degree days when its been Spring for a month. I feel like thats something that needs mentioning on the website.
We booked this one with the pool in mind and my kids were pretty disappointed that it was closed”

“Was not happy with reception/owner - advised her that we would have to cut our trip short by a day due to a family situation that we heard about via phone as we were arriving at Bella Vista Kaikoura.
Owner not helpful, insisted on full 2 day payment and offered no other options.
We only stayed the one night and returned home the next day feeling disappointed by lack of empathy for our situation.”
