Lovely stay here, a good walk (25 mins) into town along the beach walk each morning for morning coffee was a highlight. Clean property with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. A pool table free to use. Quiet at night even though on the main road into Kaikoura. We will happily stay here again. Thank you Fiona and team.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and will always be our first choice when we start a holiday in the South Island. So convenient as you enter Kaikoura and it is extremely well laid out inside and out. Seems to be brand new every time we come in it is so clean and appointments so good.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and it will always be our first stay when we visit the South Island. It seems everything is brand new it is spotlessly clean and everything is perfect. Underfloor heating in the bathroom kind of states the excellence of this place.

The property is conveniently located in central Kaikoura, walking distance to New World and various takeaway shops. A few minutes drive to WestEnd St with all major restaurants on it. Even though on SH1, it is very quiet, very clean and pleasant. Our room on the 1st floor was vary spacious, had a table for 2 and a separate computer desk and a little balcony looking at the mountains. Plenty of parking space. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
