Vacations Close To Palm Island Indoor Waterpark

Clean and comfortable. Shower needed some work, nothing major. Aside from that, very nice and affordable.

After the initial check in to our room we had request clean linen. The sheets, pillow case, and comforter had stains on them. Front desk was called the staff was very apologetic about the linen and we were proved with clean linen. After the one issue the stay was great. Breakfast was tasteful.

Arrived at check in at 3:00 and I know it is 4:00 check in but they would not let you check in early. At 4:00 checking in was so busy waited 20 minutes to check in. Had to back to the front desk to get towels and washcloths, 4 people staying and they had 2 towels and no washcloths. Stayed in room 116 there was no air, went to let front desk know and they brought a fan. The bathroom sink was also clogged. Breakfast is a 5 out of 10. The pool is great and the garden view around the pool is beautiful.
