I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place.

Was strictly an overnight stop in our travels but the facility and staff were all excellent and helpful. The only issue of note was the hotel section elevator was not working correctly but was still functional. The hotel staff clearly informed us of the problem and that the elevator would be down for service from mid-morning Monday through Tuesday. We checked out in plenty of time not to be affected.

We really enjoyed the majority of our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in, breakfast, the casino, restaurants, and at security. Breakfast had a nice variety. The casino was fun even though we don't enjoy gambling. We had complimentary vouchers from the hotel that we used. The only hiccup was when we were hurrying to check out at 6 a.m. for our next stop on the trip and the elevator in the hotel section was down for repairs. It didn't change our opinion about the stay because everyone we encountered was great!
