“This is a lovely establishment that is run rather incompetently. I was meant to check out today at 11, but I had an expected and rather important work call with a UN body and requested an hour late check out time. First of all, good establishments have all pushed their check out time to 12. Second, I have never in all my experience staying in similar establishments been denied an hour-late check out time.
