“Housekeeping staffs are courteous and do a good job maintaining clean room. Receptionists are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable on things when you ask something Security Guards- Helpful, Courteous and Friendly. Hotel is very clean. My negative comments: air conditioning a little noisy; TV minimal tv shows in English; found cockroaches in my room but hotel sent pesticide asap. No face towels and hand towels provided. ”

“The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!”
