“The property was okay, the lift was only for 2 persons so there could be a lengthy wait for the lift, the room was OK, though the shower screen was broken I reported this but nothing was done about it, each time I had a shower the water ran over the bath on to the floor, which is dangerous as you could slip on the floor, I had breakfast on 2 mornings thought it was expensive at £14.95. “The service and breakfast was exellent and the property exceptionally clean. This room did not have an ensuite bathroom and so nightime bathroom excursions were a bit risky as I had to leave my room and go down some steps to reach the facility. This was reflected in the price but was a surprise to me and may not work for less mobile visitors.”

On the whole the staff were really kind and helpful .Friday 18th Sept 2026 , had to ask for my pot of tea at breakfast , and felt invisible at the same breakfast session as wasn’t fussed over the way that some of the guests were , this did not apply to the maitre D who was charming at the same session .”
