“We stayed at Craigside in Room 21, which we have stayed in a number of times as regular guests. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The hotel was extremely busy with a large group and we felt this had a noticeable impact on the level of service at breakfast. We came down around 9am, with breakfast served until 10am, yet when I asked for white bread for toast, I was told it was frozen and would take some time to defrost.
