“We stayed at Craigside in Room 21, which we have stayed in a number of times as regular guests. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The hotel was extremely busy with a large group and we felt this had a noticeable impact on the level of service at breakfast. We came down around 9am, with breakfast served until 10am, yet when I asked for white bread for toast, I was told it was frozen and would take some time to defrost. There was also very little brown bread available and the juices...

“Nice property, nice location, good helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant, rooms were nice, spacious and modern. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were exceptional, we never really had any intervention with the other staff as we were a fly by night visit. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort.”

“Creo que este B&B vivió tiempos mejores, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante antigua, y aunque la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpios, todo lo que no se veia, necesitaba un repaso. El pueblo no tenia mucho interes turistico. Aunque el norte de gales es precioso. Si te quieres alojar por la zona, mejor es Llandudno o Conwy”

“Location was great. Lovely hotel. Staff were on the whole helpful. Beautiful grounds and views. Food and service was good. Room was a little small.”

“Nice place to stay. Great for individual travellers, couples and families. Breakfast was good as was dinner. The spa was decent. Not overcrowded at all with indoor and outdoor options. The rooms were comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower area was different from what I've seen before. It was nice. The only issue was dogs...I love dogs but dogs fighting is not what I'd like to experience on a break.”
