Northwood Harbor Vacation Packages for 2026

Great location. Nice amenities; close to restaurants. Room had a nice urban design with everything needed for a comfortable long stay.

Incredible stay! Exquisite.

Upon arrival and checking in, the staff member at the front desk did not notify us about the Wi-Fi. Did not inform us of continental breakfast. Did not give us any information in regards amentis or anything the hotel offers. In the room the faucet was loose, the shower door was not leveled and unhinged, crashing against the tile. The furniture was coming apart and we found a roach roaming around the sink on our toothpaste and toothbrushes. We asked for 2 cappuccinos, which were not included in the continental breakfast, and it was a charge of $25 for two coffees. I think that's ridiculous. When we needed to talk to the supervisor or the general manager on duty, there was none on duty. I've never seen a hotel who doesn't have a supervisor or a general manager on duty. All the time.

We had a quick but wonderful stay at PGA Resort. Upon arriving, the bellman and check in staff were amazing- so nice and welcoming. We were granted an early check in as well as a late checkout the next day which was so helpful with our busy schedule. The room was clean and beautiful, very Palm Beach! The bathroom was stunning and large. We had dinner at the lobby bar and the food was delicious and my martini was 10/10. The server was also wonderful. We seriously cannot wait to come back to PGA Resort!

I visit FL at least once a year to visit family and enjoy the beach and I've been staying at this hotel for years. This year, the service was excellent and the staff was incredible. First, I booked through a 3rd party and inadvertently picked an accessible room when I wanted a standard room. Oliviera (sp???) was amazing at helping cancel that and rebooking us into a better room. She waved at us and was super friendly the remainder of our trip. Another highlight was our morning visits to the coffee bar in their Market Place shop where Zyriah made us great coffees and was wonderful at explaining the options and making some adjustments with our fussy orders. The other front desk staff was also helpful to us during our stay (Treasure especially). Thank you! My only critique is that I found the restaurant menu a bit limited compared to the past and a bit uninspiring.
