The room i stayed in had no hot water to shower....it has become reoccurring problem seems like it has not been dealt with the last time stayed there. The basin has hotwater but not the shower??.... You need towel hooks in some of the rooms just no where to hang it at all. The signal is terrible especially the wifi ...like there was so much disconnect. The stay was okay could have been better

Had to speak to the desk about people sitting on the stairs, smoking pot. It’s supposed to be a smoke free facility with the exception of the smoking area. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable. But it was super cheap as part of a package. I’d probably stay again, but I wouldn’t bring my wife.

I was lost for an hour as directions on GPS lead me to a wall of hedges. I called the front desk for directions and the man that answered didn't know south from north and had me driving back and forth. He told me to hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and called back. He told me that he had people in front of him and to hold. After another 10 minutes I hung up again and called back. He was finally able to tell me ho to get there. I am 65 and they put me on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I had to lug my suitcase up three flights of stairs by myself. Would not recommend

The dead bolt would not lock, they said they fixed it the next day but now the door would not close, they came back and finally fixed it. Used a plug and when I pulled my phone charger out of the outlet came out of the wall. When taking a shower this morning the exhaust vent fell from the ceiling onto my shoulder, didn't get hurt but the vent cover wasn't secured in place. The free WIFI only worked in the front or outside did not work in the building our room was in. Reservation said free breakfast and coffee, they only had coffee with no creamer or sugar available. I will never stay at this place ever again even if was free.

Maybe in a year or two.

It is a great location but pretty much a dump. Bugs and lizards in the room. Pool was green and locked up. No breakfast as advertised. Didn’t have cups or glasses in the room for water. WiFi didn’t reach my building. Sketchy people hanging out and around all hours. Would not stay here with my family. Ok, for the good points - it is inexpensive. TV worked once you learned how to use it. You could get maid service when you asked for it. Room was recently “remodeled” as well as hotel.
