Very clean hotel, with amazing ocean views. Recommending that when you book, call hotel to ask for rooms closest to ocean. Spa was amazing. Very very pricey though, but, expected it to be pricey. I ate at Tula. Really amazing wine options! Only thing I would like to see would be more seafood options but the food was high quality. Overall, amazing stay and would highly suggest staying here !!!

I’m very grateful for this place. First off an amazing well kept clean property. Secondly staff are amazing everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ocean view suite and it was amazing. One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. House keeping came twice a day!! Onsite food is very good along with the drinks. Pool is clean and well kept. The beach access is amazing. Staff on beach are great. Water is beautiful, they have towels on the beach and at the pool. Overall amazing place would recommend, also other dining options are a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful property with well-appointed, comfortable rooms—exactly what you’d expect at this price point visually. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the cost. The hotel felt understaffed, which showed in multiple ways—from incorrect orders to slow or inconsistent service. The beach experience, in particular, fell short: difficulty securing seating and lackluster food and drink service made it feel far from the elevated experience you’d expect. Amazing resort with fantastic staff. We had some miscommunication with the room type booked and they were able to resolve it quickly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Every staff member was so pleasant and helpful. The resort felt luxurious and relaxing, and had everything we needed on site. The day pass for the spa was also great. We will definitely be returning.

Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same. Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game. We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back.

The service was great. My stay was on the coldest weekend of the season, the temps were in the 40s and it was windy. Unfortunately for me, my first night the room had no heat. After complaining for hours the staff was able to find a similar room with heat. Other than no heat on the first night, I have no complaints.
