“En general me gusto la propiedad y el lugar.
Pero la atención de los anfitriones no, estuvimos 8 dias hospedsdos y en esos 8 dias nunca huno internet, fuimos por trabajo y nunca tuvieron interes en arreglar el problema o ayudarnos a conseguir alguna clave o algo, cosa que como tuvimos que pagar intener extra, me salio carisima mi factura de celular. Y nunca nos contestaban los anfitriones hasta les teniamos que marcar de otro número ”

“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”

“Property was not the one shown in the advertising picture. Poor communication with owner. Dirty place with dirty beds, noisy neighbors couldn’t sleep. It was a horrible experience ”

The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be...

“It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.”
