The room was BEAUTIFUL the view was AMAZING! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. The water in the shower was very hot and hard to adjust and when I turned on the bath, the water was brown for about a minute before clearing up. Also wish there was Netflix on the tv. There’s also no signs in the ...
It's an old building, the rooms are small and the bathroom was tiny, but everything is updated and clean, so it was comfortable. However, there was no clock, coffee maker, or draperies. Sure, we have cell phones to tell time, but I need a clock I can read in the middle of the night. We met four different ...
The Arthouse Hotel was a great spot to stay if you are looking to do things in the UWS. It is very close to restaurants, the park, and the museum. It was very quiet in the room with the exception of a few sirens outside, but it's New York so what can you expect. We stayed during COVID and the room ...
Property was beautiful, but come checkout there was no one to help. COVID definitely took its toll on staffing here.
We stayed two nights and did sooooo much. Subway right across the street and great central location where we could walk to so many place.
Great hotel, super location and friendly staff. Perfect one king suite room. Would definitely stay again!
Great Location, Staff was terrific, and had a great time.
Its nice ,clean Nd close to central park. Over all aa great experience
Such a wonderful staff , very clean , close to everything!!! Thank you for helping our NYC trip be the best !!!
The staying was most worth because of the view to the Times Square from a hotel common area, and also because of its location, right in the middle of everything. The bad part was the customer service that could’ve been much better, I had a tray from a food order outside of my room for 3 days.
Nice clean great view!! I would definitely recommend!!
Very nice hotel. Staff has been amazing. We stayed 2 extra night. They could not have been more accommodating.
Great hotel, big room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
First time to New York can’t wait till next time hope to go back in near future
Love this hotel. Perfect location, found everywhere and the greatest arena in the world is across the street
It was comfortable, friendly and relaxed. People very nice. Would stay again. Convenient for the area.
Staff was very patient and understanding.. facilities were clean and comfortable.
I like the decorative design of the Hotel. I enjoyed the pool table and great customer service at the bar and fromt desk. Unfortunately, covid has removed those options at this time.
