YOTEL was great for a one-night stay. It did exactly what I needed it to do—a clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of hot water, which was exactly what I needed after a grueling day in the city. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it has all the basics covered and was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Room was super clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, they helped me extend my checkout easily and also helped me store my luggage. One thing I will say is I thought that luggage storage was free but it is $3 per bag!

The good: Excellent location, had a pharmacy right in front, it’s a 10 min walk to the train station, staff was very helpful. Very nice views too The bad: They thought a towel warmer would make me forget about the mold growing on the shower !!!! Unacceptable. It’s also a small room so only recommend it for two or three nights at most.

Very close to the port authority bus terminal and subway. Also very quiet given its location. Rooms are of course very small but if you are staying here you probably already know that. This is all about maximizing space. Overall very happy with Yotel. I have stayed at their other locations before and will stay again
