The property is in an excellent location. You can walk anywhere and see the sites or go to a play. Rooms are small! But beds were clean and comfortable. Check your bill as the $20.00 “free” has some restrictions and we weren’t credited for one day. Again, you can’t beat the location.

This neighborhood is loud at night. Sirens, traffic, people shouting. Consider earplugs and a room on a higher floor. That’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff were great, the elevators reasonable, the room clean and comfortable. The shower was good. Everything worked. Fridge and coffee machine, free bottled water, all nice. I felt safe in the hotel. I felt reasonably safe on the street too, as long as I was taking precautions (alert, hard to pickpocket, know where I’m going, don’t talk to strangers). I read mixed reviews of the breakfast so I didn’t try it. You’re a few minutes’ walk from Broad Nosh, which is great. Schnipper’s nearby is good for a bite to eat too.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very easy to get around Manhattan as there was a subway station very close nearby, about a 3 minute walk. The hotel itself is well maintained and I found the rooms to be a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel.
