"The room was really nice and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The lazy river my kids loved. Only thing wrong was the elevators were horrible everyday someone was getting stuck in one of them. And they would have to call the maintenance people out to get people unstuck."

"Rooms were nice. No complaints about Best Western. However we could not get an Umbrella. They were all south of Best Western. It seemed like they did not want to serve this block. Made for a hot stay."
