We had a clean room with a great ocean view. Property was as listed. My only complaint would be the rooms are narrow, so walking from door thru to the kitchen / living area was restrictive.

My daughter and I enjoyed the hotel overall, but the second‑floor carpet was awful, the ceiling had spots, and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning—especially in the corners. The host was amazing, kind, and friendly. The pool, water park, and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The vending machine on the second floor wouldn’t accept cards, so I had to go to the sixth floor. I’d stay again, but on a different floor. Thank you

The suite needs update in furniture as sofa and chairs are worn. Also Murphy bed mattress was old and could feel the springs under mattress and air conditioning unit is noisy that makes it hard to fall asleep but overall the suite was clean.

The room was clean but had signs of wear from the rest of the season such as scratches on the tub and an unpainted spackle patch on the wall where the toilet paper holder started out. The bathroom fixtures and tile were nice and modern. The kitchenette was convenient and the full size fridge was great for a week long stay. My room was on the same level as one of the parking garage floors which was very convenient. The main beds being on the same side of the room as the parking garage was unfortunate which made sleeping difficult at times when loud guests or vehicle would go by. The elevators were slow and 1 of the four was out of order. The north stairwell was clean and well lit. The south stairwell was dirty, dark, and had some large dead bugs/roaches in it. Due South had excellent food and service. The pools were very clean and the hot tubs were great. The pool staff was attentive to the changing weather (thunderstorms) and valued safety when clearing the pool deck. I spent most of my time on the beach and in the ocean and having lifeguards provided by the city was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend others stay here.
