Good resort overall. The indoor pool area was great for all ages. The rooms were decent and clean. Things just need updating. Replace the curtains and deep clean the pool area. You can see the rust on the pool covering while in the lazy river and over the vents in the pool and hot tub. You know it's clean and can smell the chlorine but you can see the wear and tear. I would also recommend having the waterpark open past 3pm so we can really enjoy it.

This resort was a good resort for my family. However, I wished I would’ve known ahead of time that the amenities were not available until really the day we left. The only thing that open up was Latitudes. We were here from Sunday-Tuesday and nothing was open until we got up to check out at something til 9. But overall the rooms need to be updated or paint the cabinets, but they were still nice to stay in. Other than that the staff were nice. My son stayed in the pool for 2 days so it’s a plus he had a great time.

The view was amazing from our room & you could be at the ocean in seconds the room itself was beautiful and quit homie feeling had a kitchen with every pan and utensil you need to make dinner if you wanted! Our room was very nice and clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, I was a bit taken aback by the amount of the security deposit. Since it was the off-season, the room rate was actually cheaper than the deposit itself, which felt excessive. The indoor pool area had the potential to be amazing. I believe there were five indoor hot tubs, but unfortunately, the first four were visibly dirty, so we didn’t even attempt to check the fifth. We were also very disappointed to find that the lazy river was closed, especially since this information was not shared with us at check-in. That amenity was the one my son was most excited about and ultimately played a major role in our decision to stay here. While our family plans to visit the area again once the weather warms up, we will not be staying at The Landmark in the future.
