The water wasn’t hot at two of the spas, and one’s was broken they didn’t bubble, there is only one pool table. But others that it’s nice beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome, one is the guys that work there was very nice.

Everything was great. The only not great thing would be the onsite dinning/restaurants. They were not that great for the amount of money we paid to eat. The pool area was good. My 3 year old loved the splash pad. My 13 and 9 year old enjoyed the lazy river and slides. It was very clean. It was easy to get to the beach and everyone was really nice.

We loved our stay here! Our room was very spacious & clean with an ocean view. Hotel staff was very kind and professional. The room has a book full of events and activities to do in Myrtle beach with was helpful.My kids ages 12 & 13 really enjoyed the water park options in both towers as well as the available games . The Captains Cafe in the hotel has good food and great staff. The hotel is located in a very nice area as well , very clean. I like the fact they have a parking garage with key access only . Overall they gave us an excellent experience for a very family friendly price considering all the things that are included. Very grateful!!!
