Fun for the whole family. Traveled with a toddler to a great grandma. The pools had lots of options, from inside to outside, and never seemed to be packed. The tiki bar was great, and positioned perfectly for families to take advantage of while not being disruptive. Great access to the beach, plenty of room for everyone there as well. Room was very clean and just what we needed. Water pressure would be the only thing I could complain about. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would return again!

Amenities and location was great. The room I had was listed to sleep 6 but truly slept 8 had a Murphy bed and pullout. They are hard to go from room to room if in use but otherwise great value add. The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools. I'd say this resort is good for families with smaller children with the pool options.

This was our 4th year staying here with our 3 small children. They had the best week of their lives, water parks + Italian ice every single day! The resort painted the outside of the building which looked incredible, they also updated parts of the room. The only downside this trip was the price jump from last year but what can ya do. We had a blast and will be back :)
