“Upon entry for check in, it didn't look like a place to stay. The reception desk had a bunch of bills on the counter with no direction to check in at the bar. We had to call the number to see where to go and check in. Upon checking in at the bar, we found out that apparently our reservation had been cancelled. I asked if they still had rooms available which they replied no. After walking away, the staff said they had a room but because of the poor service, we decided to stay elsewhere.”

“The motel is conveniently located and good value for money. It is basic but we didn't come to Christchurch to spend time in the room and it was fine.”
