“Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. Only downside was no enclosed outside space for our dogs”

“I wrote to the host multiple times and they never responded. The house keepers were nice and the location is close to where you might want to tour, but beyond that there wasn’t anything redeeming. In regards to the communication, it was so bad that I had to help some other people checking in to apartment 5 because the host did not send them check in details. They asked the restaurant downstairs to contact the host and then I helped them into their room. The place has no elevator and no A/C only...

“The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away.”
