This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.

Very nice hotel everything was great very good hospitality!

Overall, the hotel was excellent. The building was very clean and looked like it was brand new. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the parking, which could be improved. Other than that, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The hotel location was amazing, that is a huge plus. However, it’s an extremely outdated hotel and there are not many amenities. Our room had no fridge, no safe & a broken closet door. The ice is only on floor 2 and there are chilled water bottle fill up stations on each floor. The only problem is the only actual cold water/chilled station is on the lobby floor. So we had to go from floor 9 of our room, to two additional floors for water and ice, to then go back to our room. The in room dining service was also a bust. We tried calling down to the restaurant for breakfast and the only way we could get the food was by coming down to get it on our own while still having to pay the in room dining service fee. We spent over $325/night and I will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.
