The Hotel Providence is our go-to hotel whenever we attend a PPAC show. (Operation Mincement is a not-to-be-missed show . . . it was fantastic.) The theatre is minutes away from this beautiful hotel. We have stayed at Hotel Providence numerous times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are immaculate, and every staff person we have met has been so helpful and professional. Big shoutout to Sebastian and Nick for being incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Hope to see you soon!

We were there for a wedding. Beautiful old building…room furnishings were very tired and worn, bathroom grout had extra layers of caulking to try and disguise the mold underneath. Main floors in the building were sticky. Staff was helpful…most especially in the attached restaurant.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean and spacious. Vallet sercixe was nice and quick for our car. We arrived and needed to wait 15 min for someone to come back to the front desk. The continental breakfast was very scarce and old fruit and muffins.

The room was very quiet and comfortable and the shower was nice. Was hoping for free parking and the TV's did not have any streaming apps. Also there was an additional "amenities fee" in addition to the Expedia booking price. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel in downtown near restaurants and Convention Center - 10 minute walk. Staff were friendly! Provide coffee and pastries in the morning. TV wasn’t working, sent an agent quickly to repair TV .
