Our room was recently renovated nicely. There were some things missing in the closets like poles to hang our clothes. There was not an ironing board or iron but the front desk when we asked provided one. The ceiling fan in bathroom was fully covered in dust above toilet. The toilet seat is loose, needs tightening.

The door did not shut all the way, so there was no need for the key or even to turn the door handle to open it. I put furniture against it to keep it shut at night, but if I had to leave the room, anyone could go in. This was very scary for a single mother and child. The entire bottom of the door was damaged as if from flooding or a dog scratching on both sides. The microwave malfunctioned in many ways, including continuing to microwave with its door open (very dangerous), so I unplugged it. I would like a refund for this night.

Very disappointed in this hotel. On arrival, the corridors smelled very musty. The room had a very bad odor, smelling like cheese. The room is very basic. No decor, bare walls, sparse furnishings. The room was sold as "sleeps 5". This room had two double beds. The a/c smelled bad. On the second night when we returned to the room, there had been NO SERVICE. The room was not cleaned, beds not made, no fresh towels. The odor in the room was worse, so we shut down the a/c and opened a window. In the morning we woke early and packed to leave, just wanting to get out asap. We never saw any housekeeping services during our entire visit. We have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and have had much better service. Would definitely not return nor recommend.

This LaQuinta was not up to parr with others we have stayed in. The room we had was dark and the beds were needing to be replaced. The sheets were 'nubby'. We were disappointed with the causality of the building and site. The amenities were fine.
