There was a large number of unsupervised minors in the common areas which made them difficult to use. The hot tub was empty and out of service and the pool was quite busy. The room was nice and bathroom was clean.

Just a fair stay, lots of kids yelling and running around till late at night. The pool bottom was dirty and the spa jacuzzi was empty with no water. The breakfast items advertised were not available. Dirty towels thrown around the grass areas and patio, left over the whole weekend. We appreciate one of the helpful desk clerks, she accommodated our medical needs. As one clerk could not be bothered to tell us where bulk trash could be thrown, as we like to police up after ourselves.

Great place to stay close to downtown Boston.

Check-in was great. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was nice. Fairly modern and clean. Only slight complaint was that the balcony door was very dirty on the outside, nothing a quick wipe down couldn’t fix. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and never once left a review—until now. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at — avoid at all costs! The room had a terrible smell, so I asked for cleaning service, but they told me it wasn’t available because it was the weekend. Funny enough, I saw cleaning staff in the morning! I travel frequently for my kid’s tournaments and have stayed at countless hotels — this was by far one of the worst. Terrible service, unacceptable conditions. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere If you don’t want to experience racism, stay far away from this place

It was a big crew of people with kids that play hockey. It was 12 o’clock at night and the kids were running all over the hallways, knocking on the doors. They didn’t have no respect at all. Nobody could’ve walked in the whole way they were laying on the floor with the hockey sticks, thinking that was a park. The hotel crew tried to talk to them. They didn’t listen. It was terrible.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and very accommodating. Love the walk out rooms on the ground floor. Very pet friendly. We have stayed in their 1 bedroom suite 4 years in a row when travelling through Mass. Will be back next year!

We stayed here for one night in January when we had a plumbing issue at home. It was fairly basic but clean and quiet. The room darkening drapes worked great and allowed us to sleep in a bit. Water pressure in the shower was good. It had snowed that night but the parking lot and outdoor walkways were taken care of.
