Vacations Close To Harbour Street Craft Market

Overall, we had a great stay, mostly because the staff and waitresses were so friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. However, there were a few issues that need attention. When booking, I specifically requested and paid for a king-size room for myself, but upon arrival, I was given a room with double twin-sized beds instead and my request was neglected. Thankfully, my parents did get the king room they required. Additionally, our bathroom had no hair conditioner on the first day; even though I informed the front desk, it was never refilled during the entire stay. On the dining side, most of the food across our 6-day stay (three meals a day) was super salty, though some dishes were good. Lastly, I wish there was more consistent music during pool time; while they do play music, it is limited and depends heavily on the day's scheduled events. Great staff greeting and friendliness are what I love the most about this place, but please respect customer room requests next time instead of overlooking them.

i loveddddd it . very clean, everyone is so polite.

I checked in online before a day before I arrived. Upon my arrival 1 waited more than 3 hours for my room. I didn’t get the room I booked, I was place in a room that was facing a pond with the ocean view some distance away. The closest door was also visibly broken. I was told the room was booked wasn’t ready and was offered the one I got. I had to take because I was up since after 2 am that morning.

The hotel rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The food was tasteless and terrible. The dining room staff were slow and impolite. The hallways were always wet or dirty. The hotel turn off all the outside lights at nighttime. Very scary property. I did not feel safe walking outside at night.
