“Staff and meals were wonderful, pool loungers should not be saved all day when people are not using them. Beach loungers were fabulous, and available. Beach loungers were finally cleaned. Bar staff was great loved trying all the different rums. Front desk was extremely helpful. Chess saved me, giving me back my phone that I Lost ! Dining room staff were awesome !!!”

“The service is extraordinary, every single person is willing to help at any time. You must take the all-inclusive package, otherwise, it is very expensive. The tours have to be organized on time because they don’t offer all of them all the days of the week. As soon as you arrive make your reservations for the restaurants to get a spot. This hotel is more for families than couples. It does not have nightlife. The bar closes at 12. If you go to Jammers ask for Marcellus. The best bartender....

“I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. If you have trouble walking hills, it will be harder to fully enjoy this...

“We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10”
